1. About us
Airport-Service.co.uk is an independent online booking service operated by Airport-service, Arnhemseweg 2, 3817CH Amersfoort, The Netherlands (registration number 91007933). We are not affiliated with any airport, airline, or government authority. We facilitate payment of airport drop-off charges and the booking of Fast Track security access at participating UK airports.
2. Our service
Most UK airports allow you to pay the drop-off charge after your visit, and every day travellers forget, miss the deadline, or mistype their registration and end up with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) of £100 or more. Our service solves that problem: you pay in advance through us, we make sure your drop-off is registered and paid on time, and you can drive away without worrying about a fine landing in the post weeks later. We act as a convenience layer on top of the official airport systems — you are free to pay the airport directly instead, but many of our customers prefer the peace of mind of paying up-front in a single, simple checkout.
3. Fine guarantee
If you complete a booking with us and receive a valid email confirmation, and you then still receive a Penalty Charge Notice from the airport for the same vehicle registration, date and drop-off zone covered by that booking, we will pay the fine on your behalf. To claim, forward the PCN together with your booking confirmation email to info@airport-service.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the notice. The guarantee does not cover fines caused by incorrect details supplied by you (wrong registration, wrong date, wrong airport), by overstaying the permitted drop-off time, by parking outside the designated drop-off zone, or by any unrelated traffic or parking offence.
4. Bookings
By placing a booking you confirm that the information you provide (vehicle registration, dates, times, names, emails) is accurate. We are not responsible for charges, fines, or denied entry caused by incorrect information. A booking is only valid once you have received a confirmation email from us; if you have not received one within 30 minutes, please contact support before travelling.
5. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes and our service fee. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Drop-off bookings are £23.00 per vehicle. Fast Track is priced per person and per airport. Payments are processed in EUR by our payment provider Cardinity; your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee which is outside our control.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Drop-off charges are non-refundable once the drop-off date has passed. Fast Track bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked time for a full refund. Contact info@airport-service.co.uk to request a cancellation.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except for the specific fine guarantee described in section 3. We are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, traffic delays, airport queue times, or any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
